ADMISSION PROCEDURE
The admission process at Prominence World School is designed to be straightforward and thorough, ensuring a smooth experience for prospective students and their families. Here’s a step-by-step guide to the process:
1. Enquiry Form: The first step is to complete the enquiry form. This form helps initiate the admission process and provides the school with preliminary information about the student.
2. Registration Form and Fee Payment: After submitting the enquiry form, parents are required to fill out the registration form. This step includes payment of a non-refundable registration fee, which officially registers the student for the next stages of admission.
3. Interaction and Admission Test Date: Once the registration form and fee have been submitted, the school will schedule a date for the interaction and admission test. This interaction is an opportunity for the school to understand each student’s needs and abilities.
4. Admission Test and Result: Students from Class 3 onward are required to take an admission test. After completing the test, the school will inform the student and their family of the results.
Note: For younger students in Nursery, LKG, UKG, Class 1, and Class 2, there is no written admission test. These applicants may instead participate in a brief interaction with the admissions team.
5. Admission Confirmation: Upon successfully clearing the admission test, students have a 15-day period to confirm their admission by completing the necessary documentation and formalities. If admission is not confirmed within 15 days, the registration may be cancelled.
This streamlined process ensures that students and families can proceed with clarity, and it allows Prominence World School to get to know each applicant in a way that supports a strong, lasting educational journey.
